Shipping policy

Shipping times do not include handling and processing days. Generally, we will process orders for shipping within one business day of receiving the order, however, during peak periods or other factors orders may take up to 3 business days to process. Express shipping orders received before 12:00 PM CST will be processed and shipped the same day and depending on your location will arrive in 1 -2 business days.  

If you have received a tracking number, that means the package will have left our warehouse and in most cases, your tracking number will show in transit on the carrier's tracking systems within one business day of when you received the notice. Please note, however, that we have no control over how the carriers process the packages once the products have left our warehouse. Sometimes the tracking number is not recorded into the carrier system during transit and in certain circumstances, this can cause a shipment to show as pending, or waiting to be received, almost up until the scheduled day of delivery.  Please wait until the total number of days indicated by your shipping preference has elapsed before contacting us about a delay.
