Refund policy

In most cases, we provide a 90-day refund/return policy subject to the limitations below. 

Second Chance products are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange or warranty claims.  All other products are eligible for return subject to the limitations below.  We will provide a full refund within 30 days of purchase of any new or open box item that is returned unopened and in the exact same condition as when you received the item.  Any product that is returned as defective will be covered under warranty for one year from the date of purchase.  You must contact us first to be approved for any return. We highly encourage you to purchase insurance to cover the cost of any item that you ship for return as we are not responsible for any items lost or damaged in the return shipping process.

The following restocking fees will apply.

30 Day return window:

New condition, unopened no damage - no restocking fee

Opened and/or damaged item - up to 35% restocking fee

Over 30 -90 day return window:

New condition, unopened no damage -  20% restocking fee

Opened and/or damaged item - 50% restocking fee

 

We will provide a refund for products only and do not refund shipping charges.  All credits will be issued to the original form of payment within 7 business days.
